There are many reasons to become the “parent” of a purebred puppy, or any pet for that matter. Pets – for many, dogs in particular - are known to bring tremendous joy and happiness to our lives, plus the added health benefit of enriching our physical and emotional well-being. The unbiased love, loyalty, companionship and devotion that a dog can bring to one’s life knows no boundaries. However, the decision to add a dog, purebred or otherwise, to your life is one that should not be taken lightly as there are many aspects that need to be considered.
